As for the mosquitoes, there are lots of them after a rain. be prepared with natural bug repellent, wear 2 sorongs, one to cover your head, neck and shoulders and one to cover your feet and legs. Sock and thin long pants and light long sleeve shirt are helpful also. Don't go to the beach at sunset, watch it from Asolare, or one of the other resturants in Cruz Bay.
Use toothpaste to stop the itch, not a gel but a paste like crest. It draws the sting out along with the peppermint cools the burn. Buy a mosquito zapper and use it in all the dark spots right before you fall asleep. Make sure there is a mosquito net already in place and tuck it in at night. Nothing ruins a vacation more than a mosquito buzzing your ear all night long.
Just sayin'
