St John Historical Society
Lithograph print of the Cruz Bay Battery by Fritz Melbye, circa 1850
The Historical Societies web site has some interesting photos from the past. I remember the Custom House that once sat on a hill in the middle of Cruz Bay by the dock. My son would climb up and down it a million times with the many children that were constantly there. It was a social gathering place.
